The MovieMate magnetic MatteBox Holder kit is specially developed for the videographer. 
The MovieMate MatteBox is a special magnetic holder, in which both round and square MovieMate cinema filters can be used. The holder is easy and flexible to place on a 95mm cinema lens, but through 4 included adapter rings can also be placed on a lens with a smaller diameter.

The front of the holder has a MatteBox with a handy protective cap, which can also serve, to prevent light from entering from above. The whole thing weighs only 142 grams.

The Kase slot-in & magnetic design is easier and faster for installation. When we do not use a square filter, we can use magnetic round filters. The magnetic round filters are stackable up to 3 pieces and are 95 mm.
In addition to the Matte Box, the Holder kit includes a magnetic slot-in holder for round MovieMate filters, a square magnetic frame 4.0mm and adapter rings.

The MovieMate cinema filter Black Mist 1/4, 4 x 5.65 "x 4.0mm is specially designed for the MovieMate Matte Box. 

You place the MovieMate cinema filter in a magnetic filter frame of 4 x 5.65 "x 4.0 mm and this can be placed in the Matte Box, where you can also add other filters.

Black Mist gives a special effect to your video, keeping the dark tones protected from this effect. 
The filter looks like normal clear glass, but when you look more closely, you see that the glass is diffuse, containing small dark or black dots. 
These dots maintain contrast while diffusing the high lights. The effect of the black fog filter is very small and is determined by the amount of high lights in your photo. If you have very even light, then you hardly notice it, but the more bright light sources you get in the picture, the more the effect becomes visible. 
It's like a kind of haze that appears over the shots without affecting the sharpness of the photo. In addition, Kase filters have precise IR coatings that provide true neutral color within captured shots.
